Nitrous Oxide Sedation
Nitrous Oxide Sedation is a very safe form of conscious sedation that has been used in dentistry for a very long time. Nitrous Oxide sedation is extremely effective for anxious kids receiving dental treatment.
One advantage of Nitrous Oxide sedation is the mild pain relieving effect it provides during treatment. The sedation also has a rapid onset and is reversible meaning your child will not feel groggy after the sedation has finished.
Additional information will be provided at the treatment planning visit, where your child will be assessed to see if they would benefit from treatment with Nitrous Oxide.
