Covid Policy
When the Covid 19 pandemic reached our shores in March 2020, The Tooth Company was one of the few providers to provide essential emergency dental services to Aucklanders during the Level 4 lockdowns. During this time we developed very stringent protocols to ensure staff and patients remained as safe as possible.

Negative Pressure Treatment Rooms
The Tooth Company Kids is one of the few practices in the country fitted with certified negative pressure in all the treatment rooms. Negative pressure is where the air within the surgery is pumped outside and replaced with filtered clean air, at the same time. This ensures the air quality remains as high as possible.
All staff fully vaccinated
All healthcare staff are required to be fully vaccinated by the Ministry of Health.
Screening
All patients are screened prior to their appointments to ensure we patients are not unwell for their appointments.
