Practice Manager

Location: Britomart, Auckland CBD

The Tooth Company is looking for a new Practice Manager for its Britomart location.   We want someone who shows initiative and attention to detail in their work, with a high level of organisation and time management. We need someone who has strong communication skills who can also work and manage the reception duties.   Rostered days: Monday – Wednesday 7:30am – 6pm Thursday 7:30am – 1pm   Other responsibilities include: – HR in all aspects, including: recruitment & training, employment negotiations, managing staff, payroll, rosters, meetings and more. – You will report to the General Manager and liaise with the Practice Managers at the other locations. Our Practice Manager will be responsible for many clinical aspects, This includes: stock control and ordering, maintaining clinical equipment and writing policies & protocols for clinical areas such as cross infection control. – Other areas of responsibility includes creating systems for improvements across the practice, sales & marketing projects, monthly reporting, provider targets, IT management and daily tasks to see to the running of the practice. – Management experience is essential.
